Appointments

The primary goal of the physicians and staff at Pediatric Associates of Cincinnati, Inc. is to provide your child with superior medical care and thus assure a long and pleasant relationship.

We ask you to choose a primary Physician that you see on a regular basis.

We understand that non-urgent and acute illness visits may require you to be seen by another staff doctor, but we ask that you try to schedule your Well Child appointments with the same doctor.

We see all patients on an appointment basis only. Well Child Visit and acute illness
appointments are available Monday through Saturday. You can make an appointment during office hours by calling our main number 791-1222.

For the routine Well Child visit, we require that you call in advance so that we can make an appointment for your child, and recommend that you call at least 2 weeks in advance. For
Saturday Well Child visits we recommend you call at least 3 weeks in advance.

For emergencies and acute illnesses, we will schedule an appointment for the same day.

To help us provide more efficient service, we ask that you call us from 9 AM to 10 AM if you have an ill child for whom you would like to schedule an appointment with your doctor that day. For Well Child visit appointments, we ask that you call after 11 AM.

By arriving at your scheduled appointment time, we are able to keep your waiting time to a minimum. We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes early for the staff to do any necessary assessments before seeing the doctor.

Should you find it necessary to change or cancel an appointment, please let our office know as soon as possible. Continued occurrences of missed appointments (not cancelled) could result in your dismissal from our practice.

Expectant Parent Appointments

For expectant parents, our physicians are available for free introductory meetings. We would be happy to meet you and show you the office. This visit is usually about 30 minutes and offered at various times. Pease call the office at 513-791-1222 to schedule.
